You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to request the return of your item.

Returned items must be packaged and dispatched from the date of receipt of the parcel. It is important to note that our returns policy only applies to unused and unworn items, accompanied by their original packaging and original labels.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for items that have been used, worn or have had the tags removed. Please also note that the original shipping charges you paid for your order are non-refundable.

How to make a return:

1. You have 14 days from receipt of your goods to request a return. However, returns requests made after this period will not be accepted. It is important to note that MALE reserves the right to refuse any returns request deemed unreasonable.

2. To process your returns request, please download this returns form. We ask that you provide us with your order number and the reason for the return so that we can process your request efficiently. Insert the completed returns form in your parcel. If you would like an exchange, simply mention this on the form.

3. Please pack the items to be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unstained with all original tags attached and folded correctly in their original packaging.

4. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. To return your item, you can go to La Poste or the Colissimo website. If you are in Belgium, you can use the Bpost service. The applicable shipping costs are those applied by Colissimo. Please note that we do not accept returns via Mondial Relay.

5. No returns or exchanges on products from the SALES/PROMOTIONS category.

6. Once we have received your return, we will either refund you or send you a new parcel, depending on your request. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will refund the value of the item. You will then receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
